Litter at Centres |

Please ask parents to use the litter bins. If there are no bins, take the rubbish home. |

Walsall Parks have asked the League to make teams aware of the following legislation: |
|
Under section 88 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 the offence of leaving litter, a fixed penalty of £80 is applicable. If the fixed penalty is not paid offenders may be prosecuted for the offence described and, if convicted, could receive a much larger fine up to a maximum of £2500. |
|
Lets make it a good environment for the children to play football. |

Leagues, clubs and teams are reminded of the FA Goalpost safety campaign and the documentation supporting this. A link is provided below and we would suggest that the information is re-circulated to remind clubs of the dangers that unmanaged, unsafe or unsecured goalposts can pose. |
