3) Litter at Centres
Please ask parents to use the litter bins. If there are no bins, take the rubbish home.
Walsall Parks have asked the League to make teams aware of the following legislation:
Under section 88 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990  the offence of leaving litter, a fixed penalty of £80 is applicable. If the fixed penalty is not paid offenders may be prosecuted for the offence described and, if convicted, could receive a much larger fine up to a maximum of £2500.
Lets make it a good environment for the children to play football.
4) Goalpost Safety
 Leagues, clubs and teams are reminded of the FA Goalpost safety campaign and the documentation supporting this. A link is provided below and we would suggest that the information is re-circulated to remind clubs of the dangers that unmanaged, unsafe or unsecured goalposts can pose.
